What's the difference between the Freedom Audit and The Transformation?
The Freedom Audit finds the problems and gives you the plan. The Transformation implements everything, systems built, automated, tested, and delivered done-for-you. Most clients start with the Audit and move into The Transformation once they have their roadmap.
What is a fractional COO and how is it different from an OBM?
An OBM, or online business manager, focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of your business. A fractional COO brings senior-level strategic thinking on top of that execution, helping you make bigger decisions, build scalable infrastructure, and grow with intention. At Other Laine we blend both, customized to what your business actually needs.

The Transformation is for founders who are done planning and ready to build — and who are committed to showing up for the intensive session and following through.

How long does The Transformation take?
Every Transformation is scoped around your business — timelines flex to the complexity of what we're building. Most builds are completed within a few weeks, though more complex businesses may take longer. Every engagement includes 30 days of support after delivery.
How much does The Partnership retainer cost?
The Partnership starts at $2,000 per month. Final scope and investment are determined after your discovery call since every retainer is built around your specific business needs.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
Other Laine is based in Los Angeles, CA but works virtually with clients across the United States and internationally. Location is never a barrier.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — payment plans are available for The Transformation and discussed during your discovery call.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We work across a wide range of platforms including GoHighLevel, HoneyBook, Dubsado, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and more. Platform recommendations are made based on your specific business needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
What happens after The Partnership ends?
You own everything we built together — completely. No dependency, no mystery, no ongoing obligation. The goal was always to build infrastructure so solid that your business runs beautifully whether I'm in it or not.
