What 90 days looks like
Phase 1 — Weeks 1-2: Foundation
Getting in, getting access, getting started.
We begin with a full onboarding session — deeper than the Freedom Audit mapping call, more structured than a strategy session. I'm getting inside your business. Every tool, every process, every system that currently exists gets documented and assessed before I build anything new. We establish the full project scope based on your audit findings, confirm priorities and timeline, and I get to work.
Weekly strategic calls begin immediately. This is where we talk about what's being built, what decisions need your input, and what's coming next. Your involvement is focused and intentional — not sprawling.
Phase 2 — Weeks 3-8: The Build
This is where everything gets built.
Your three priority areas and every additional finding from the audit get addressed systematically. Systems are built, automations are set up and tested, processes are documented, and everything is connected the way it should be. I'm building to last — not quick fixes that need to be revisited in six months.
Weekly calls continue. As builds are completed and systems go live we start talking about how things are running, what needs tweaking, and what's next on the roadmap.
Phase 3 — Weeks 9-12: Roll Out, Train, Hand Off
Making sure it sticks.
Calls shift to biweekly as we move from building to bedding in. This is where SOPs are finalized, team training happens — a combination of recorded video walkthroughs and written documentation your team can reference independently — and we make sure everything is running the way it should before we wrap.
By the end of week 12 your business has a fully functioning operational infrastructure. Your team knows how to use it. Nothing lives in your head anymore.
