2-HOUR OPERATIONS INTENSIVE
You can't fix what you can't see clearly.
The Freedom Audit gives you a complete, honest picture of where your business is leaking — and exactly what to do about it.
You've built something real. The clients are there. The revenue reflects your talent. But the backend hasn't kept pace — and you're the one filling every gap.
You're not failing. You're running a successful business without the operational infrastructure to support it. And that gap between what your business looks like on the outside and how it actually runs on the inside is exactly what the Freedom Audit is designed to close.
This is for you if:
You're doing too many things manually and you know it — but you don't know where to start fixing it
You've tried to set up systems before but they didn't stick or never got finished
You want to bring on help but there's nothing documented for anyone to step into
You're successful on the outside and stretched thin on the inside
You want a clear, specific answer before investing in a larger implementation
Most consultants give you advice. The Freedom Audit gives you answers.
In two hours together we go deep into your business — your systems, your tech stack, your client delivery process, your team infrastructure, your marketing, and your visibility into how things are actually running.
We look at everything. We find where things are quietly breaking down.
After our session I do the backend work — cross-referencing what you shared, reviewing what I observed, and building your personalized Freedom Audit Report. That report identifies your three most critical priority areas, tells you exactly what's broken and why it matters, gives you specific recommendations to fix it, and suggests the tools and platforms to get you there.
You walk away with clarity you didn't have before. And a path forward that's actually your
Your Freedom Audit Report includes:
Three priority pain points — ranked by urgency
Each one mapped using the Anchor, Current, Horizon framework so you always know what to fix first, what to address next, and what can wait.
A full breakdown of each priority area
What's happening, why it matters, and exactly what to do about it — written specifically for your business, not a generic template.
Specific recommendations and tool suggestions
Actionable steps you can hand to someone and have executed. Platform and tool suggestions tailored to your situation and budget.
A summary of additional findings
Beyond your top three, your report includes a table of every other area identified during the audit — so nothing gets lost and you have the full picture.
A complimentary Next Steps call
A 20-minute follow up where we walk through your report together, answer any questions, and talk through what the right implementation path looks like for your business.
Step 1 — Book and complete your intake form
Once you book your Freedom Audit you'll receive a detailed intake form. This isn't busywork — it's how I come prepared. You'll share your current tech stack, your biggest frustrations, and what success looks like for you. Set aside about 15 minutes. The more honest you are, the more valuable our session will be.
Step 2 — Our 2-hour session
We get on a call and we go deep. The first part of our time together is a real conversation — I want to hear about your business in your words, your frustrations, your workarounds. The second part is more structured — I'll walk through specific operational areas, ask pointed questions, and collect exactly what I need to build your report accurately.
Nothing you share will shock me. I've seen it all. Open the curtains.
Step 3 — I build your report
After our session I go to work. I synthesize everything we covered, identify your three priority pain points, and build your personalized Freedom Audit Report — a detailed, designed document that maps what's broken, why it matters, and exactly what to fix.
Step 4 — You receive your report
Your Freedom Audit Report is delivered within two business days of our session. It includes your three priority areas ranked by urgency using the Anchor, Current, and Horizon framework — so you always know what to tackle first. Each area includes a full breakdown, specific recommendations, and tool suggestions.
Step 5 — Your Next Steps call
Along with your report you'll receive a link to book a complimentary 20-minute Next Steps call. We'll walk through your findings together, answer any questions, and talk through what the right path forward looks like for your business.
